Margaret Ann Johnson was elected Trustee Emerita when she retired from Foundation Board in December 2008. Ann was the founding Board Chair when the Mountainside Hospital Foundation was established in 1990. In 2007, she led the organization through the transition from being the support organization for the Hospital to being an independent, grantmaking entity. Ann’s primary residence is now in Florida. During her years as a Montclair resident, she also held leadership positions with Atlantic Health System, the Junior League of Montclair, the Montclair Art Museum, and the United Way of North Essex.
