Directions and Parking

Partners for Health is located on the ground floor of the Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing Building, across the street from Mountainside Hospital.

Route 3 West

Take Montclair-Grove Street Exit. Turn left onto Grove St. Proceed approximately 4 miles to Claremont Ave. Just after railroad tracks, turn left onto Claremont. Follow to end of Claremont, and turn left onto Walnut Crescent. Look for street parking on Walnut Street.

Route 46 (Totowa/Wayne Area)

Take Route 46 East to Route 3 East. Take Grove Street exit. Turn right onto Grove St. and proceed approximately 4 miles to Claremont Ave. Just after railroad tracks, turn left onto Claremont. Follow to end of Claremont, and turn left onto Walnut Crescent. Look for street parking on Walnut Crescent, Walnut Street or Roswell Terrace.

Route 280

Take exit 8B (Prospect Ave.) Proceed about 2 miles on Prospect to traffic light at Bloomfield Ave. (EXXON station on left) and turn right onto Bloomfield Ave. Proceed 1 ½ miles to Grove Street. (Traffic light, another EXXON station on right.) Turn left. Go to 2nd traffic light, Claremont Ave, and turn right. Follow to end of Claremont, at the point the road forks to Walnut Crescent (far left), Bay (straight/left) and Walnut Crescent/Highland Avenue (right). At this point, the hospital will be ahead of you, but want to turn before that, making the left turn onto Walnut Crescent. You will be driving behind the School of Nursing building parking lot. Look for street parking on Walnut Street.

Garden State Parkway – Southbound

Take Exit 151. Turn right onto Watchung Ave. At 3rd traffic light, turn left onto Ridgewood Ave. Continue on Ridgewood Ave. until 1st traffic light. Turn right onto Bay Ave. Travel past the hospital on left hand side. Turn right at the end of Bay onto Walnut Crescent. Look for street parking on Walnut Street.

Garden State Parkway – Northbound

Take Exit 148. After toll, stay in left lane. Proceed through light, bear left and make U-turn. At light, turn right onto Bloomfield Ave. Follow Bloomfield Ave. until Ridgewood Ave. (6th traffic light). Turn right. Go to 2nd traffic light, which is Bay Ave. Turn left and travel past the hospital on left. Turn right at the end of Bay onto Walnut Crescent. Look for street parking on Walnut Crescent, Walnut Street or Roswell Terrace. This might be confusing for someone who would not know that Bay had ended and Claremont begins.

Once you have parked, walk to the Walnut Crescent parking lot behind the School of Nursing Building (enter by the gate). There is a path along the Roswell Terrace side of the School of Nursing Building; this path begins above and to the left of the "Reserved" section of the parking lot. Follow this path to the entrance that comes directly into the Partners for Health office, on your right. (Look for the handicap ramp, and the "Partners for Health" sign on our door.)
